Welcome, and thank you for visiting Longview Queens United. We are honored that you are taking a moment to learn more about our organization and the work we are passionate about in our community.

Longview Queens United was founded in 2018 by four women representing four different Greek-letter organizations. Though their backgrounds were different, they were united by a shared vision: to create a space where women could collaborate, uplift one another, and challenge the narrative that relationships among women must be defined by competition or mistrust.

From that vision, a movement began.

Over the years, Longview Queens United has grown into a dynamic network of women from across the Longview community representing diverse careers, organizations, experiences, and talents. What binds us together is our shared commitment to empowerment, leadership, and service.

At the heart of our organization is our guiding philosophy known as The Royal Compass — a framework that directs how we lead, serve, and grow together. The Royal Compass reminds us to move with purpose, integrity, collaboration, and compassion as we navigate our work in the community and pour into the next generation.

Our programs reflect this mission and include:

• Queen Academy Leadership Society – cultivating leadership, confidence, and purpose in young women

• Thriving Kings Brotherhood – mentoring and empowering young men through character, accountability, and brotherhood

• Queen Time – spaces designed to nurture connection, sisterhood, and personal growth among women

• The Royal Treatment – initiatives focused on encouragement, recognition, and community uplift

• Desserts & Skirts – gatherings that celebrate dialogue, empowerment, and community building

• Our Annual Conference – bringing women together for inspiration, education, and leadership development

Through intentional programming, mentorship, and community partnerships, we strive to engage, educate, and inspire women and youth while building a strong network of support that helps remove barriers to success.

Along the journey, we recognize and celebrate women who demonstrate passion, excellence, and a commitment to uplifting others.
